Our ladies only fitness studio offers a welcoming, supportive solution for women who don’t enjoy traditional exercise or are unable to due to physical or medical reasons. Using our toning beds, our gentle yet effective sessions help to strengthen and lengthen muscles, improve mobility and in many of our members case even drop in dress size in just eight weeks.
Designed to be low-impact and accessible, our approach is suitable for women of all shapes, ages, and sizes, whether you’re just restarting your fitness journey or looking for a kinder way to stay active. From women returning to movement after a hiatus to ladies in their 80s and beyond, our studio proves that feeling stronger, more confident, and more comfortable in your body is possible at any stage of life.


Each session takes place as part of a shared experience, where women train alongside others from the local area with the help of their Trainer, creating a motivating and uplifting environment. This builds a sense of community, turning regular sessions into a social highlight that you actually look forward to. Over the years, we’ve supported tens of thousands of women on their journey to feeling better in their bodies, many of whom arrived unsure and left feeling encouraged, supported, and proud of what they have achieved.
